The active components of Allium Sativum L. and Lonicera japonica Thunb were extracted and their extraction technology was studied in this disertation. The garlic oil was extracted from Allium Sativum L. by steam distillation. The optimum conditions of four methods including flowing steam distillation,direct steam distillation,vacuum direct steam distillation and vacuum flowing steam distillation were obtained by orthogonal design.
