以夏坡蒂、紫花白、底西瑞和内薯 3 号四个品种为试验材料,对马铃薯生育期间和贮藏期间块茎还原糖含量的变化及其生理基础做了初步探讨。结果表明:
1 生育期间马铃薯块茎还原糖含量呈逐渐下降趋势。块茎还原糖含量与叶片还原糖含量在块茎增长期呈高度负相关;与茎秆还原糖含量在全生育期呈正相关趋势;与叶片可溶性糖含量呈负相关趋势且相关性渐增;与茎秆及块茎中可溶性糖含量呈正相关且在块茎增长至淀粉积累期达显著水平;与茎秆及块茎淀粉含量呈不显著负相关;
块茎还原糖含量与单株叶面积、叶绿素总量、叶绿素 a 及叶绿素 b 含量在块茎增长期后呈显著或极显著正相关;与单株还原糖增加速率在块茎形成和淀粉积累期呈显著和极显著正相关,与单株干物重呈高度正相关趋势;与单株块茎增重速率呈不显著的正相关。
块茎还原糖含量与其淀粉磷酸化酶活性呈高度负相关趋势;与蔗糖转化酶活性呈高度正相关趋势,且在收获期达显著水平。
2 贮藏期间块茎还原糖含量呈波动式上升。初期与可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关;与淀粉含量呈显著负相关;

Shepod、 Zihuabai 、 Desiree 、Neishu.No3 were used as the material of experiment. The objective of this study was to inverstigate the general regulation of low reducing sugar content to potato tuber in growing period and store period. The experimental result indicated:
