中生菌素是中国农科院生防所最新研制成功的农用抗生素,是由淡紫灰链霉菌海南变种(Streptomyces lavendulae var.hainanensis new var.)产生的。目前中生菌素已开发的剂型有水剂和粉剂,对于土传病害,现有的剂型必需大量地施加到土壤中才能发挥其应有的作用。其次,中生菌素在土壤中的活性持续期为7天,但植物的发病持续期往往大于15天,因此为了提高药效,降低成本,需要对目前的剂型进行改进。本实验的目的是在中生菌素现有的剂型基础上研究开发一个土壤专用新剂型——缓释颗粒剂,以延长中生菌素在土壤中的持效期。
本实验主要利用高分子化合物羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)水溶时所形成的胶体对中生菌素释放的阻滞作用,以及CMC与铝离子的络合作用所形成的多聚膜对中生菌素的控释作用,研制出中生菌素缓释颗粒剂。主要利用生物测定法检测中生菌素的缓释性能以及稳定性。采用的实验步骤为:筛选颗粒剂载体、筛选缓释成分、缓释影响因子确定、缓释颗粒剂缓释性能测定、最佳配方筛选、缓释颗粒剂稳定性能测试、助剂筛选、中生菌素缓释颗粒剂工艺流程初步设计。

Zhongshengmycin was a new kind of agricultural antibiotic.lt was produced by Streptomyces lavendulae var. Hainanenisis. The formulations now in market were water formulation and dust powder. Because much of the Zhongshengmycin had to be put in to soil in order to control the pathogen.
