选用三头牦牛做试验家畜,采用尼龙袋法(In sacco)和体外产气法(In vitro gas prodution method)(牦牛瘤胃液)测定了金强河高寒草地主要牧草垂穗披碱草在不同消化时间的干物质消失率,尼龙袋法实验结果显示,在3小时至48小时之间的消化时间内DM消失率呈明显增长趋势,消失率由25.80%升高到58.50%,48小时后略有增长但幅度缓慢。产气法实验也显示了同样的变化规律,经过相关性分析,尼龙袋法与产气法具有强相关关系,r=0.9796(P<0.01)。故用尼龙袋法在评定牧草饲用价值时,将尼龙袋在瘤胃中的停留时间统一定为48小时。

The experiment selected 3 yaks, by using in sacco and in vitro gas production methods, I determined the DM disappearing rates according to deferent digesting time of Elymus nutans-Uhe major breed of Jinqianghe alpine pasture.
