离体培养是作物遗传改良的一种重要手段。芥菜类作物(尤其是中国芥菜)再生率偏低,在遗传转化、突变体筛选等方面尚未形成一个高效稳定的再生体系,从而制约了离体条件下遗传改良的进程。本研究的目的在于建立不同芥菜变种的高频再生体系,为在离体条件下对芥菜进行遗传改良奠定基础。
本试验以中国芥菜的抱子芥(B.juncea Coss. var. gemmifera Lee et Lin,“种都一号”儿菜)、笋子芥(B. juncea Coss. var. crassicaulis Chen et Yang,“种都”棒菜)、分蘖芥(B. juncea Coss. var. multiceps Tsen et Lee,“嘉兴雪里蕻”)和茎瘤芥(B.juncea Coss. var. tumida Tsen et Lee,“浙桐一号”榨菜不育系及其保持系)等5个品种的子叶及下胚轴外植体为材料,进行离体培养研究,主要结果如下:

In vitro culture is an important approach for genetic improvement. However, genetic improvement by in vitro culture in mustard (Brassica juncea Coss.), especially in Chinese mustard, is restricted by the poor frequency of shoot regeneration, and no regeneration system is established yet.
