[Objective] To compare the methods for determining the content of flavonoids in G.biloba tea and leaf that were cultivated in Qinba Mountain Area.[Method] The content of flavonoids in G.biloba tea and leaf was determined by HPLC,ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV) and fluorescence spectrophotometry(FL).[Result] The content of flavonoids in 9 bathes of G.biloba ranged from 1.15% to 3.09% by using HPLC,while that ranged from 1.22% to 4.54% by using FL and 3.47% to 10.5% by using UV.As a result,the content of fl...
