[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI.[Method] On the basis of single test,the extraction process was optimized through L9(34) orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum extraction process was as follows:2.50 g dried powder of FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI,60% alcohol as extractant,solid-liquid of 85 ℃,extraction duration of 2 h,under the above condition the yield rate of total flavonoids reached as high as 6.215%.[Conclusion] Ethanol reflux method was proved to...
