[目的]优选板栗苞多酚的提取条件。[方法]以板栗苞为原料,研究提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度和料液比等单因素对其多酚物质提取效果的影响,并通过正交试验确定了从板栗苞中提取多酚物质的最优方案。[结果]板栗苞多酚的最佳提取条件为:用40%乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶20,在温度为80℃的水浴中浸提120 m in。按此提取条件,单宁提取率可达71.53%,单宁含量为49.83%。[结论]从板栗苞中提取多酚物质是可行的,且原料易得,对其大量利用具有重要的经济和社会意义。
