This paper reviews the research survey of sustained release tablets in recent years.The sustained release tablets currently listed include matrix tablets,coated tablets,multilayer tablets and so on.Take the domestic published literature as the basis,to introduce the classification and the preparation,the application supplementary material as well as the quality control methods of sustained release tablets.
