In order to reduce viscosity of epoxy acrylate,epoxy resin was replaced by low viscosity γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxylilane(A187).The influences of A187 and acrylic acid dosage,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and inhibitor dosage on reaction process of epoxy acrylate were discussed,as well as dosage of photoinitiator on coating properties.An optimum technological process of this UV-curing coating was obtained.
