The concepts of metal burr and plastic burr were given firstly.The importance of burr removing was also emphasized.Then the common burr removing techniques such as manual deburring,electrochemical deburring,heat energy deburring,high-pressure water deburring,ultrasonic deburring and laser deburring were introduced.And their existing problems were also illustrated.Finally the development trends of burr removing techniques were prospected.
