[Objective] To dynamically observe pathological feature of female quail HUA.[Method] Select 30 quails;randomly divide them into control and model groups by weight,15 in each one.Take high-purin food for 280d,periodically measure UA,TG,GLU,LDL and TC,compare them between both groups.[Result] The UA level is stable continually;with modeling time passing,the model animals have pathological symptoms glucose and lipid metabolism,also injury of liver and kidney.[Conclusion] The method has stable model of hyperuri...
