Objective:To assess the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain(CPP).Methods:One hundred and twenty six patients with CPP were examined and treated by laproscopy.Results:Of the 126 cases,58 had endometriosis,36 chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,13 pelvic adhesions,9 pelvic venous congestion syndrome and 7 other diseases;3 cases had no found abnormal under laparoscopy.Conclusions:As the causes of CPP are complicated,it is difficult to make diagnosis.Laparoscopy is capable of ...
