(Ti,V)C steel bonded carbides were fabricated via powder metallurgy and in situ reactive synthesis technology.The microstructure and wear resistance of(Ti,V)C steel bonded carbide after quenching and tempering were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the matrix microstructure of as sintered(Ti,V)C steel bonded carbide was fine pearlite structure.The quenched structure was made up of flake martensite,(Ti,V)C hard phase particles and undissolved carbides.(Ti,V)C...
