From the view of production and operations management,the problems and challenges for heavy forging manufactures are discussed here,which include On Time Delivery,Lean Production,Capacity Balance,Quality Stability,Technology Innovation and Creating Value and Information Systemization.The purpose is to call more studies and discussions on them.
