An optimum method of polysaccharide isolation from sweet potatoes was put forward based on orthogonal test design.When pH is 7,the volume ratio of solution and solute is 2,the volume ratio of ethanol and condensed solution is 3,the operation is done in 2 h at 65 ℃,and the extraction rate is over 90%.The polysaccharide was isolated and purified from sweet potatoes using this method.Its relative molecular mass is 4.6×104.It is shown to be a single homogeneous component by paper layer chromatography,Sephadex G...
