The impacts of the recombinant laccase from gene engineered strain on 2-chlomphenol degradation were studied.Results showed that the optimal degradation pH and temperature were pH 6.0 and 50℃ respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the crude and purified laccase degradation for 250 mg/L 2-chlomphenol after incubation 6 h with 1.2 U/mL of laccase added were 91.3% and 88.2% respectively.The recombinant laccase could efficiently degrade 2-chlomphenol.
