Based on the features of aluminum alloy milled by CNC engraving machines,the mathematical model of the processing cost and processing efficiency has been established by Multi-objective Optimization Theory,and then a series of optimized solutions are calculated with it.By experimental machining and verification,the relatively ideal value range of feed velocity is obtained,which is between 2 400~2 560 mm/min.It is shown that,when machined with the proposed feed velocity range,aluminum alloy can achieve a bett...
