Objective: To discuss the sonographic features of primary ureteral tumor. Methods A retrospective review was performed in 11 patients with pathologically confirmation. Tumor size, location, and sonographic features were evaluated. Results Six of the eleven cases were diagnosed successfully, one was on the upside of the ureter, the other five were on the bottom, among them, four cases had the mass with hyperechoic, two had the mass with hypoechoic.
