Based on 40 years’investigation and research achievements,265 species of wild edible Fungi resources from Hunan are reported,including 10 kinds of Ascomycotina and 255 kinds of Basidiomycotina. Many species have important uses and exploitation values. The simple introduction of the ecological characteristics and values of each species is made.
