The supercritical fluid technology sprung up in 70s of the 20 century,and it develops rapidly in recently.The SCF technology is widely applied in the fields of chemical engineering,provisions,biography and so on.The application in protecting environment is a newly research area.This paper chiefly introduced the fundamental theory of SCF and their application in environment protection.
