The major longan culture area was China and Thailand in the world.From 1981 to 2002,5 Thailand longan cul- tivars,such as Beow-koew,Sri-Chumpoo,Faimtouing,Ee-Hea and Ee-Dor,were introduced respectively to Fuzhou by Fruit Research Institute of FAAS.The observation result showed that,the cold tolerance and grafting affinity of Thailand longan was no difference with China longan.These longan cultivars developed normally in China,and indicted good quality for early bearing,late mature and other fruit character....
