Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of quercetin in flos abelmoschus manihot.Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 5 μm(4.6 mm×250 mm)with column temperature set at 30℃.The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.4%H3PO4(3∶27∶70).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1and the detection wavelength was 363nm.Reasult The linear range of quercetin was between 2.29 and 45.89 mg·L-1,with average recovery at 100.26%,and RSD at 0.68%(n=6).Conclusion The method was proved to b...
