There exist a lot of defects in the system of collective ownership land,such as subject vacancy,incomplete content,indistinct objects and so on,These result that farmers cannot utilize fully land and the advantages of farms was lack of valid protection.In the paper the reflection on the legal regulations about this problem was made and some suggestions were put forward.
