环形交叉口的几何设计是交叉口的通行能力重要的影响因素之一。为提高环形交叉口的通行能力,针对原有环形交叉口中心岛设计的不足,通过研究交叉口不同车型比例及车辆行驶轨迹,提出了关于中心岛半径设计的优化建议,建立了适用于公路环形交叉口的中心岛半径设计的优化模型,并利用V iss im仿真软件对其可行性进行了验证。
