This paper develops a devise deburring the edge and burr of revolving parts,which makes emery into semi-liquid mortar.Therefore,the parts rotate at high speed in the mortar and the edges and burr are colliding with sand at high speed,making edges circular and sharp corner spherical with little surfacing in surfaces of large radius of curvatures.In addition,this paper compares this technology with gear chamfer technology of grinding wheels and finds the advantages of flexibility abrasive deburring technology...
