To obtain the ultrasonic condition,the concentration of total sugar was determined by employing one-factor-at-a-time-technique method.Based on the results,orthogonal rotational regression design was employed.The optimum technology was as follows: the ratio of solid-liquid was 1∶21.87,ultrasonic irradiation time 47.607 min.Under this condition,the concentration of the glucose was 8.95 g/L,twenty-four times more than enzymatic hydrolysis of raw corn stover.
