用正交法探讨了以高锰酸钾为引发剂的竹纤维与丙烯酸接枝共聚改性反应。试验结果表明:当高锰酸钾浓度为7.5×10~(-3)mol/L,丙烯酸浓度为2.67mol/L,硫酸浓度为0.2mol/L,预处理温度为60℃,预处理时间为10min,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为4h 时,接枝率可达30%以上。同样的条件在微波体系中,反应时间为6min 时,接枝率可达36%。利用 FTIR 和 SEM 等分析手段对竹纤维的接枝共聚产物进行了表征。
