The influences of various kinds and different concentrations of lyoprotectant on the particle size stability of lyophilized pH sensitive nanoparticles loaded cyclosporin A were investigated. The results showed that the lyophilized nanoparticles prepared with trehalose as lyoprotectant had better particle size stability.
