Nowadays,the problem of food safety is outstanding,a series of cases test our supervision and legislation on food safety.The blemish was exposed from it.We should consult the experience and legislation of other nations,such as Japan and EU,etc.,reform the existing laws and monitoring agencies,establish independent food safety management organizations,and build up secondary structure of examination system,which is based on government organ and the research units and assisted by community examination organs.
