As a promising and developing technology,IMU/DGPS-based photogrammetry can directly measure the exterior orientations,then produce maps with less GCPs or even without GCPs and without Aerial Triangulation(AT).It will reduce the cost,improve producing efficiency and save time.The principle,concept and technical process of IMU/DGPS-based photogrammetry are presented in this peper,the development and application of the technology in China are also briefly described.
