In this paper, the dense Si3N4/Al composite with high AlN content was prepared by pressureless infiltrating Al-Mg alloy into Si3N4 porous perform. The effects of infiltration temperatures and heat treatment temperatures on microstructures, phase constitute, microhardness of the composite were studied.
