The problems existing in the listed agricultural companies in our country and their performance in the stock market were analyzed. The profit-forced factors' influence on the sub-agriculture from the industry-chain was also analyzed. The introduction of institutional investors, the acceleration of the technology innovation, the enhancement of the industry integration and the enacting of support policies will be beneficial for the development of the listed agricultural companies.
