A HPLC method for determination of aspirin and dipyridamole in compound dipyridamole tablets waspresented. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid-diethylamine (275∶225∶0.3∶0.1) at the detection wavelength of 225nm. The calibration curves of aspirin and dipyridamol were linear in theconcentration range of 6~14mg/ml (r=0.9999) and 48~112mg/ml (r=0.9995), respectively. The average recov-eries were 98.0% (RSD=1.91%) and 100.6% (RSD=1.50%), respectively.
