Chemicals constituents of the volatile compounds from the dry white wine of chardonnay in geographic origin of Ningxia's Helan Mountain's Eastern Region were studied. The aromatic compounds were extracted by solvent extraction and analyzed by GC/MS and their relative contents were determined by area normalization 33 compounds were separated and 32 of them were identified.
