Seven amino acid derivatives were resolved on a high performance liquid chromatograpic chiral stationary phase consisting of immobilized network polymer derived from L-tartaric acid in the normal-phase mode. The effects of the column temperature, the type and concentration of the polar alcohol modifier on the chiral resolution were studied.
