Base on the extraction of Fructus lycii,Betaine and Carotenoids,as main active ingredient, use HPLC-DAD, has set out the chemical fingerprinting of 3 kinds of Fructus lycii,and has compared. Prove that can carry on identify of the varieties and true and false of Fructus lycii with the chemical fingerprint of Chinese traditional and herbal drugs.
