This paper analyses and compares some currently-used pixel driving circuit of Active Matrix OLED, presents circuit design using two -TFT driven OLED, verifies and optimizes the circuit of the design by means of the universal circuit analysis software AIM-SPICE of EDA. These analyses provide a base of driving circuit design, parameter choice, performance analysis and layout design for Active Matrix OLED.
