The paper analyses that flavone's total content measuring of Parthenocissus tricuspidate is extracted by scorbutic extractor and Cohobation method, measured by spectrophotometer.The research shows that there are flaveonoids chemical matter in stem,leaf and fruit,but the most in leaf,the least in fruit,it also shows that flavone's total content which measured by Scorbutic extractor is more than by Cohobation method.
