Based on analysis of literature reviews from both foreign and China sources in the recent decade,by applying the method of second-hand document analysis,the authors have conducted comprehensive research on the forming mechanism of OP,the general principles of exercise therapy for treatment and prevention of OP,exercise effects on bones and exercise therapy applied in treatment of OP,etc.
