The goal of this paper is to study the effect of traditional sports on bone density of menopause women. 60 menopause women are randomly divided into a non-exercise group and 4 exercise groups of rope skipping, Mulan boxing, Taijiquan and Taiji pushing hand. The experiment lasts 10 months. The result shows that the bone quantity of women in the non-exercise group is lost, and their bone density decreases.
