该文使用AFLP标记法技术 ,以半同胞家系的‘早凝馨’、‘凝馨’ ,全同胞家系选育出的品种‘美人’梅、‘小美人’、‘俏美人’、‘黑美人’和朱砂型相近梅花品种‘徽州骨红’、‘舞朱砂’、‘小骨里红’共计 9个品种为样本 ,选用 7对引物组合E ACT M CAT、E GA M CTC、E ACT M CCA、E ACT M CAC、E ACT M CAG、E ACC M CAG和E ACT M CTC扩增得到 2 97个多态性位点的条带数据 ,分别选用简单匹配系数和Nei(72 )遗传距离系数 ,进行不加权成对算术平均法聚类分析 ,分别建立了聚类树 .分析结果表明 :AFLPDNA指纹灵敏地鉴别相近品种 ,并与形态学鉴别分类结论相吻合 ,表明DNA指纹鉴定配合形态学鉴定方法具有较高的准确性和有效性 ;聚类分析显示了供试品种间的亲缘关系 ,朱砂型组的 3个供试品种具有比前两个家系更近的亲缘关系 .

The amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLP) technique was used to assess the genetic relationships in 9 cultivars representing the three styles of Prunus mume , four cultivars of full_sib pedigree from ‘Meiren' style, two half_sib cultivars of ‘Gongfen’ style and three cultivars of ‘Zhusha’ style.
