The paper analyses in details the content and variation regularity of flavone active compo-nent in seabuckthorn leaves. It is showed that the content of flavonoid in the leaves was determined aiming at the effect of the breed, producing area as well as the picked time and the influencing regular-ity of these factors was obtained. All of these results will provide the necessary basic data for the pop-ulation selection, breeding and determination of the picked time.
