Based on the study of humus and some enzymes' activity in alkali soil treated by different ameliorative ways such as shallow ploughing, manuring phosphogypsum, furfural residue, organic fer-tilizer, constructing manual meadow of Puccinellia tenuiflora or P. tenuiflora - Leymus chinensis and so on, the result show that the content of humus, polyphenol oxidase, cellulase, hydrogen peroxidase and peroxidase activity increase with different degree treated by different ameliorative ways.
