Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder of unknown etiology,characterized by irreversible dementia.Early diagnosis of AD depends now on the analysis of clinical manifestations and is fulfilled in an exclusive way.There are no objective markers to be as the gold standard.According to the advance in AD study,the effects of biochemical markers,neuro-imaging and electrophysiological measurements,its sensitivity and specificity on the AD diagnosis is reviewed in this paper.
