* The content of active polyglucose in fungus for food processing including ganoderma lucidum sporophyte, lentinan edodes and LingZhi tea are determined by anthronesulfuric method with sqectrophotometry. The conditions such as the boiling time, ethanol concentration and sulfuric volume are studied, which tends to get some much better determinative conditions. The results show that the recovery is in the range of 93.2%~98.4% and the relative standard deviation is in the range of 1.02%~8.12%(n=5).
