Eucommia ulmoides Olive is not only a kind of Chinese medicinal plant, but also a rubber-producing plant. The leaves of Eucommia ulmoides from sterile seeding which grown 21 days were used in this research. The medium was MB, i.e, MS inorganic+B 5 organic components. The explants were cultured on MB medium supplemented with BA (1.0 mg/L), IAA (0.5 mg/L), KT (0.5 mg/L) and TDZ (0.2 mg/L) for one month. The rate of shoots differentiation reached 56%.
