The organism of animal has great mucosal immune system(MIS),that is about 50 percent of the total lymphatic tissue.MIS includes a lot of immunological cells and some locate diffusely in mucosal epithelium or under the mucosa,some format clusteredly lymph nodule with single or many lymph follicles.The immunological cells uptake and present antigen which can induce immune response,then it has an effect on resisting infection of the organism.
