The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the determination of arsenic and mercury in tap water.Through a series of experiments, the method of pretreatment,the optimum conditions of determination and the concentration of reagents are tested.The following results are obtained for this method,relative coefficients:0.9995(for As),0.9990(for Hg),RSD:4.9%(for As),6.8%(for Hg),Detection limits:0.23 μ g /L(for As),0.05 μ g/ L(for Hg).It is proved that the proposed metho...
