The characteristic of which water quality parameter follows the space variation is taken into account in this paper. The inverse model and algorithms of river water quality longitudinal diffusion distribution coefficient is developed. To inspect calculation precision, a kind of data transform formulation is put forward from time yield to frequency yield. Example is given.
